This house, located in Rumson, New Jersey, is built within the footprint and foundation system of an existing house. The animation starts with the existing house, then shows how the remodel we are proposing would be added to it. You will also see, mid-way through the movie, a couple of roof options we presented to the clients. Our clients were, by their own admission, “stunned” that we were able to achieve so much given the existing constraints.
