The design process begins with a clear, open dialog between Architect and Client so that the short and long-range goals for the project can be established. Additional consultants, such as structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, and general contractors, are quickly added to the team, as necessary, to provide project-specific technical assistance and construction cost estimates. We firmly believe that the professional expertise and experience of these consultants are tremendous resources, and we place great value in their ability to help shape the direction of a project.
